How long will my brownies stay fresh?

Our brownies are baked fresh and stay delicious for up to 10 days at room temperature, 3 weeks in the refrigerator, or up to 3 months when stored in the freezer.

When will my order ship?

To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12 PM EST will be processed for the following Monday's shipment.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Currently, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan brownies. Our kitchen processes wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so cross-contamination is possible.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! Once your order is baked and labeled, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treats right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

Because our brownies are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Should I heat up my brownies?

For the ultimate experience, we recommend microwaving your brownie for 10-15 seconds to achieve a warm, gooey center that melts in your mouth.
